Schedule Coordination
- Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for pilots and flight crews, ensuring optimal coverage for all flights.
- Ensure all schedules comply with federal aviation regulations (FARs) and company policies, including crew rest requirements and maximum duty hours.
- Serve as the point of contact between pilots, flight crews, and operations management. Communicate schedule changes and updates in a timely manner.
- Monitor live operations and adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate delays, cancellations, or other operational disruptions.
- Maintain accurate records of pilot hours, flight schedules, and any changes or deviations from the plan.
- Address scheduling conflicts and find solutions to last-minute changes or emergencies, such as crew shortages or unexpected aircraft maintenance.
- Prepare and distribute regular reports on crew scheduling, duty hours, and any regulatory compliance issues.

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must possess strong analytical, interpersonal and decision-making skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, while adhering to all PWA and FAR scheduling work rules.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in aviation, scheduling, or a related field.
