    • Resolve complex issues related to meetings, chat, file sharing, and external access.
  3. Intune (Mobile Device Management)

    • Configure and manage advanced device compliance policies, deploy applications, and oversee mobile device management.
    • Troubleshoot device enrollment, corporate device management, and ensure compliance with security policies.
  4. Exchange Online

    • Manage Exchange Online, including mailbox configuration, email flow, retention policies, and spam filtering.
    • Address issues in email delivery, calendaring, and user permissions with an advanced troubleshooting approach.
  5. SharePoint

    • Administer SharePoint for site and document library management, permissions, and workflows.
