JOB DESCRIPTION:
Job Summary.
Skilled Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with 6-9 yrs of experience with specialized expertise in Core HR. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM applications, with a focus on Core HR functionalities. This role involves working closely with clients to analyze their business needs, design solutions, and implement Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules effectively. The consultant will also provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure the successful adoption and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Engage with clients to understand their business processes and HR requirements.
Conduct detailed analysis of client needs and document functional requirements.
Solution Design and Configuration:
Design and configure Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR modules to meet client specifications.
Develop functional specifications and process flows.
Ensure the solution design aligns with best practices and industry standards.
Implementation and Deployment:
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Facilitate data migration activities, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Training and Support:
Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
Assist clients in maximizing the value of their Oracle Cloud HCM investments.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest Oracle Cloud HCM releases and features.
Propose enhancements to existing systems and processes.
Share knowledge and best practices with team members and clients.
