Typical duties include but are not limited to:
- Promotes a Just Culture environment in building a climate for effective performance while allocating available resources to promote safe, efficient, effective, and quality nursing/patient care.
- Observes and evaluates the quality of nursing care provided including interdisciplinary patient rounds, reviewing nursing documentation in clinical records, and collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data related to the delivery of patient care.
