SAP PP and QM consultant

SAP PP & QM consultant with S/4HANA implementation experience. This position is based in Bridgewater, NJ and this position is required to be onsite from Monday to Friday.

Summary:
The client is looking for a senior-level SAP PP & QM consultant with significant S/4HANA implementation experience and strong familiarity with pharma processes . The candidate should be knowledgeable in project methodologies like SAP Activate , have experience with MES integration , and be capable of managing stakeholders effectively.

Core Experience and Expertise:

• SAP PP & QM Modules :
  • 10-12 years of experience in SAP Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM) modules.
• S/4HANA Implementation :
  • 2-3 full-cycle S/4HANA implementation projects experience, showcasing the candidate's ability to handle end-to-end implementations in modern SAP environments.
• Methodologies :
  • Well-versed in SAP Activate methodology for project management.
  • Knowledge of Activate Plus methodology is desirable, indicating an awareness of advanced project methodologies.

Technical and Functional Skills:

• Integration with MES Systems :
  • Experience in integrating Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) with SAP, demonstrating the ability to work in complex manufacturing environments.
• PP-PI and Pharma Processes :
  • In-depth knowledge of Production Planning for Process Industries (PP-PI) .
  • Familiarity with pharma-specific processes to support industry-specific requirements and regulatory compliance.

Soft Skills:

• Stakeholder Management :
  • Proven ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders , ensuring effective communication, alignment, and project delivery.
