Major Duties:
  • Responsible for program planning, budget, and execution of funding
  • Performs a wide range of administrative, technical, and analytical duties in the formulation, presentation, defense, and execution of NAC's program budgets.
  • Provides all phases of budgeting including directing, reviewing, managing, and controlling the program planning, execution, evaluation, and financial management functions.
  • Ensures compliance with regulatory guidelines/processes. Compares and correlates prior year and current year expenditures and conducts trend analyses to establish baseline budgetary data for inclusion in budget estimating process.
  • Responds to queries from varying audiences/offices involving budgetary issues. Analyses and provides reports to managers. Makes recommendations and defends position. Ability to provide technical information in general terms so audience is able to understand.
