You will:

Develop and implement strategies to successfully oversee and implement the Brownfields program to achieve program goals for a broad range of site assessment, site cleanup, and redevelopment activities.

Manage grants, cooperative agreements, interagency agreements, and/or contracts to assess and clean up hazardous substances and/or petroleum at the most technically complex or controversial brownfields sites.\

Lead efforts to conduct outreach and community involvement activities within EPA and with other entities to develop and promote strategies for the assessment, cleanup, and economic and/or sustainable revitalization of Brownfields sites.
- Advise on implementing program policies and priorities through the national grant competition process, leadership and participation on work groups, and measurement of program results.
You will spend 25-50% of your work time on contracts, grants/cooperative agreements, and/or interagency agreements.
