  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Oversees the release of Classified Military Information (CMI) or Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) products and data originated at USSOUTHCOM, USSOCOM, and SOCSOUTH to representatives of foreign governments and international organizations.
  • Provides foreign disclosure guidance and recommendations to the SOCSOUTH Commander, directors, special staff, and components in accordance with U.S. and DoD policies and Intelligence Community Directives (ICD).
  • As Subject Matter Expert, assists in the development of SOCSOUTH staff position on issues related to national intelligence disclosure and exchange policies.
  • Plans, directs, and coordinates the preparation, implementation, and management of SOCSOUTH foreign disclosure policies and procedures.
  • Provides timely and concise approvals for the disclosure of information to foreign entities in support of the SOCSOUTH Commander mission and priorities and USSOUTHCOM’s theater strategy.
  • Implements national disclosure guidance to SOCSOUTH military operations, including vetting Classified Military Information (CMI) and Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) products for day-to-day operations and crisis operations.
  • Represents SOCSOUTH in the foreign disclosure community and interacts and supports SOCSOUTH component commands.
  • Provides training to Foreign Disclosure Representatives to ensure the proper implementation of foreign disclosure policy.
  • Coordinates with other Foreign Disclosure Officers/agencies when requesting the release/disclosure of their information in support of Special Operations missions.
