THE JOB

As a Sr. Client Success Manager, you will serve as the main point of contact between the internal implementation teams and your client accounts, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution of campaigns. You will manage client expectations, analyze campaign performance, and work collaboratively with internal teams to drive business outcomes. Your role involves problem-solving, daily task management, and conducting regular client progression calls (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). You will ensure data insights are actionable for the clients' business and act as a strategic partner to drive client satisfaction and growth.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3-4 years of experience in client success, project management, marketing, or client relations.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing solutions such as SEO, google ads, meta ads, PPC, email marketing, and web development.
  • Experience working with high-level client accounts ($50k+ in monthly gross spend)
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with a strong phone and email presence.
  • Experience working across multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Ability to effectively manage both client and internal team expectations under pressure.
  • Confidence, problem-solving ability, and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.

THE BENEFITS

  • Competitive salary range: $80,000-$90,000 depending on experience.
