- Perform as liaison with all directly connected customers in order to ensure overall network integrity within the Organizational Message System (OMS) National Gateway Center (NGC) and interoperability between components.
- Open trouble tickets, coordinate circuit actions, contingency deployments, scheduling outages, alternate routing requests, and provide customer assistance.
- Maintain awareness of progress and any unusual circumstances with ramifications that could impact DODs electronic messaging capabilities that support Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence (C3I) for DOD customers.
- Perform complex technical level tasks supporting the Organizational Message System (OMS) environment that comprise the National Gateway Center (NGC).
- Perform over-the-air re-keying for all connected subscribers to ensure rigorous and high-level security practices are in place at all times.
