- Organizes all aspects of integrated prevention program planning, assessment, evaluation, and continuous monitoring of prevention activities for the installation.Serves as research, planning, and evaluation subject matter expert for installation primary prevention efforts and development of the bi-annual Community Action Plan (CAP), operationalizing DAF resilience and prevention strategy for the installation.
- Leads integrated prevention data collection, analysis, and presentation through regular updates to the Community Action Board (CAB), Community Action Team (CAT), unit leadership and relevant forums as requested.
- Applies knowledge and understanding of research-based primary prevention strategies and programs to inform the installation prevention process.Identifies, adapts, and evaluates research-based prevention programs, policies, and practices effectively and in collaboration with individual(s) or entities responsible for prevention programming and other relevant oversight in accordance with federal laws and applicable regulations.
- Accomplishes professional development and maintains proficiency through interaction with technical and professional societies, associations, academia, symposia, contractors, research and development organizations, and participation in formal training programs.
