As an Attorney-Adviser (General), you will:
- Represent the OIG in administrative forums, including but not limited to the Merit Systems Protection Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and state unemployment agencies.
- Work closely with the Department of Justice in representing the OIG in Federal courts.
- Performs other duties as assigned including but not limited to providing legal advice, guidance, and representation for OIG in employee relations, administrative investigations, and Federal procurement matters.
