The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating, implementing and overseeing the Content Design System for both print and digital curriculum products at Kiddom. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that brand-aligned designs elevate our products and promoting clear and usable workflows for students and teachers. This role will collaborate with Marketing, Curriculum and Design teams, reporting directly to the Head of Design.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in book design for print, experience creating and evolving design systems, and the ability to extend these into digital products for ed-tech. This role requires project management skills and a willingness to collaborate w/ multiple stakeholders.

You will...

Design digital and print assets that may include illustrations, interactive graphics, and learning materials.

Collaborate closely with Curriculum and Design teams to evaluate and align visual designs with educational goals.

Develop and maintain brand identity across our library, ensuring consistency and alignment with Marketing and Platform.

Create UI/UX design mockups, icons, and graphics optimized for online learning platforms.

Incorporate feedback from educators and students to refine designs and enhance user engagement.

Other assigned tasks as needed to meet project deadlines and deliverables

Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time and to specifications

What we're looking for... Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma).

Experience with K-12 education content or EdTech platforms.

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory, tailored for young audiences.

Preferred Skill: Knowledge of web design, HTML, and CSS basics.

Preferred Skill: Understanding of accessibility standards for educational content.

Ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines

Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset

Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously

$80,000 - $90,000 a year

Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
