Job Description: Provide patient care for elderly residents. Perform duties as accurately and efficiently as possible. Be self-motivated, and have a strong sense of motivation. The residents depend on these attributes of a CNA. The teamwork environment is essential in creating and maintaining a positive environment for the residents and staff. A positive attitude is required.

Schedule:

Stonehenge of American Fork does 12 hour shifts, 6 hour shifts, morning shower shifts, and dining shifts.

12 Hour Shifts:

Days - 6am to 6pm

Nights - 6pm to 6am

6 Hour Shifts:

12pm - 6pm

6pm - 12am

12am - 6am

6am - 12pm

Morning Shower Shifts:

6am to 10am

Dining Shifts:

5pm to 10pm

Responsibilities:

CNAs will provide patient's personal hygiene cares, assisting to the bathroom, helping with showers/bed baths. CNAs will also help and encourage the progress of activities of daily living by assisting with serving meals, assisting residents as necessary with; transfers, eating, ambulating, turning/re-positioning and being supportive and willing to assist with other needs.
