Key Responsibilities
- Design and prepare comprehensive course materials and lesson plans to facilitate an enriching learning experience.
- Conduct engaging, informative, and interactive courses that motivate and challenge students.
- Assess student progress, monitor attendance, and maintain transparent communication regarding academic performance.
- Offer academic counseling to guide students in their educational and professional journeys.
- Accurately record and submit grades and progress reports within designated timelines.
- Profound understanding of medical assisting practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Capability to engage and inspire students effectively.
- Strong organizational skills for managing and preparing course content.
- Associate's degree in a relevant field is required.
- A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the medical assisting sector.
- Possession of an RMA (Registered Medical Assistant) and/or CMA (Certified Medical Assistant) certification, or eligibility to sit for the RMA examination.
- Prior teaching experience is desirable but not mandatory.
