WET

We create the world’s biggest and most stunning water features, one example being the Fountains of Bellagio. We have many others, both large and small, but they are always unique and always created by conquering the next creative and technological challenges.

WET infuses life into communities. And by creating these interactive experiences they become anchor attractions all around the world. Our designs blend form, material, patterns and acoustics (just to name a few) and create spectacular places where people feel connected to not only each other but their surroundings as well.

Our team is built of more than 240+ highly talented, dedicated, hard working and passionate-about-what-they-do people.

We have architects, product engineers, chemists, special effects designers, Academy Awards winners, physicists, landscape architects, graphic designers, programmers, inventors, animators, and choreographers just to name a few. It’s a pretty rich environment and well, if you like meeting interesting people who know a whole lot of stuff you never even thought about, this could be the place for you.

WET is a great environment for people who are team-oriented, who are problem solvers, and who do not give up until they have solved their problem. We allow a lot of autonomy and we are not structure snobs. If you aren’t hungry to learn and you don’t have a thirst for knowledge and process improvement, you won’t like it here. And with our project driven nature, flexibility is essential to success at WET.
