Description
The Senior Product Manager, Developer Platform, oversees the development and execution of a platform serving internal teams and external users, including developers and enterprise customers. This platform connects various tools and technologies, enhancing workplace functionality and user experiences. The role requires expertise in defining product strategies, managing roadmaps, and fostering a developer ecosystem that integrates APIs, SDKs, and other tools to unlock innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Vision: Define and own the platform roadmap, aligning objectives with organizational goals. Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies informed by customer needs, market research, and ecosystem analysis.
Developer Tools: Lead the design and enhancement of APIs, SDKs, and developer resources, ensuring accessibility, performance, and alignment with industry standards.
Ecosystem Growth: Engage with external partners, third-party developers, and the broader developer community to drive platform adoption and foster innovation.
Product Delivery: Manage the integration of the platform with hardware and software systems to ensure interoperability and user satisfaction. Oversee the resolution of technical challenges related to scalability and security.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and technical teams to align strategies and execute go-to-market plans effectively.
Global Support: Ensure the platform meets the diverse needs of customers and partners across different geographies.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in product management, focusing on SaaS platforms, workplace technologies, or related fields.
Background in software engineering with the ability to navigate technical challenges.
Proven track record of delivering and scaling complex products interfacing with hardware and software systems.
Strong communication and organizational skills with experience in Agile development processes.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Desired Skills
Master's degree in a relevant field.
Experience collaborating on cross-functional teams and handling intricate projects.

Range: $161k-230k/per year
