Demonstrate critical thinking; look at the entire picture, understand and appreciate varying perspectives, identify root causes, and formulate sustainable solutions. Mentor and train supervisors, supporting and empowering a team. Observe, analyze, and make decisions regarding the efficient allocation of resources with respect to material, manpower, and profitability. Evaluate existing standards, processes, and procedures to facilitate and improve overall efficiency and profitability of the manufacturing operations. Build and sustain strong working relationships. Manage and deliver against several initiatives simultaneously. Consistently deliver a set of products that follow industry and company standards and best practices. Prioritize, organize effectively, make decisions, and solve problems while working under pressure. Demonstrate shared values and leadership style consistent with company's values; dedicated to innovation, strong business ethics, diversity, quality, and customer-focused service.
