RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in Dubuque, IA is hiring a Web/eCommerce Product Manager to lead a special project that will facilitate the ongoing success of the corporate website. The Product Manager will serve as a key leader in helping to develop digital experiences that are purpose-driven and innovative, serving customers at key points in their journey online. This is a remote position.

Duties and Responsibilities:
* Working with the Senior Product manager, Development teams and key business stakeholders to define and execute the vision for the web/eCommerce experience
* Supporting a product roadmap and managing a backlog in execution of this vision
* Collaborating with partners and with external vendors to understand business needs and opportunities and translate them into features and enhancements
* Partnering with engineering and systems owners to effectively execute against product roadmap and vision
* Building a web/ecomm program that uses data and measurement to ensure accountability to outcomes, impact, and ROI

REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of applicable experience
* 5-8 years of experience in a product owner or product development role
* Knowledge of Scrum and Agile
* Excellent knowledge of user-centered design principles and design quality standards
* Proficiency in the use of analytic tools
* Excellent oral and written communication
* Strong project management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects and work with a variety of stakeholders and teams, including business and engineering teams
* Comfortable handling multiple tasks and switching priorities and focus areas as needed
* Creative and customer-focused
* Familiarity with web and ecomm standards and best practices, including privacy compliance and accessibility principles, practices, and testing
* Ability to prioritize effectively
* Requires up to 25% of travel

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
