  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

The Project Manager - K-12/Financial Institutions - Washington, DC will be responsible for:

  • Planning, executing, and closing projects to align with organizational goals.
  • Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring clarity for all stakeholders.
  • Coordinating between teams, clients, and stakeholders to keep everyone informed and engaged.
  • Creating detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensuring deliverables meet required standards and specifications through quality assurance processes.
  • Holding regular status meetings to provide updates and gather feedback from stakeholders.
  • Delivering projects on time and within budget while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - K-12/Financial Institutions - Washington, DC will have:

  • A proven track record of managing projects successfully, ideally in a similar industry or environment
  • A degree in project management, construction, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with diverse stakeholders, including team members, clients, and executives.
  • Capability to lead and motivate teams, fostering collaboration and a positive work environment.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Aptitude for identifying issues proactively and developing effective solutions quickly.
  • Familiarity with project management software and tools, as well as relevant industry-specific technologies.
  • Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management to keep projects within budget.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks to ensure successful outcomes
