Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Change Management Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of Operational Excellence (OpEx) and Center of Excellence (CoE) functions across the organization. This role will focus on driving transformative initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and best practices. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with IT/Software and Accounting functions, and a proven track record of managing change within complex organizational environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of the Operational Excellence and Center of Excellence functions, driving continuous improvement initiatives across multiple departments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT/Software and Accounting, to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational improvements.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive change management strategies to support large-scale initiatives, ensuring stakeholder alignment and successful project delivery.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure and track progress, ensuring that changes are effectively embedded within the organization.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by promoting Lean Six Sigma methodologies and Agile practices.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to teams involved in change initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain a structured communication plan to keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the change process.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build internal capabilities in process improvement and operational excellence.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify areas of risk and proactively mitigate potential resistance to change.
  • Monitor the impact of changes and ensure continuous feedback loops to drive further improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in change management, operational excellence, or similar roles.
  • Strong experience working with IT/Software functions and Accounting functions is highly preferred.
  • Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) is a plus.
  • Agile SAFe certification or experience working within an Agile environment is strongly preferred.
  • Proven ability to lead and influence change in a matrixed, multi-functional organization.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working within complex regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
  • Ability to navigate and manage organizational complexity, particularly in IT, finance, or software development functions.
