  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Summary

Enter data regarding payroll, which calculates incentive and hourly associates, based on the pay plan designed for the job functionality. This position will be responsible and will be held accountable for maintaining strict confidentiality. The position provides payroll support to the Operations Department by performing the essential functions listed below and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities
  • Compiles payroll data for pay sheets and check processing
  • Enters data into Excel spreadsheet and Incentive web programs
  • Data analysis of paysheet data and process corrections
  • Research payroll inconsistencies
  • Meet payroll strict deadlines
  • Corresponds via email with our divisional teams
  • Maintain UKG, fix applicable missing punches, timecodes
  • Prepare and distribute weekly summary reports
  • Audit data to ensure the accuracy of payroll records
  • Calculate adjustments for prior pay periods
  • Cover/Assist in other areas as needed
