Responsibilities:

Assist in Managing the Engineering Team: Oversee a growing team of full-stack engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, mentorship, and continuous learning.

Hands-on Contribution: Actively participate in development efforts, setting a technical standard for the team.

Project Management: Own the delivery of technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely execution, high-quality standards, and alignment with business needs.

TeamGrowth&Development: Identify skill gaps and growth opportunities, mentoring team members and hiring additional engineering talent as necessary.

Startup Mindset: Cultivate a flexible, fast-paced working style, capable of wearing multiple hats and thriving in a startup environment where agility is key.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize engineering work, ensuring alignment with business and customer goals.
