  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The Junior Accountant will be an integral part of the Finance team supporting both Accounting and Accounts Payable for our growing activewear business for a variety of notable brands and retailers! They will be involved in the input and upload of weekly payments, adhering to general accounting principles and standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare weekly payment schedules for vendors and suppliers
  • Record all disbursements through the Accounts Payable system in a timely manner
  • Daily bank clearing
  • FED EX reconciliation and payments
  • Support Controller in the monthly closing process
  • Support Controller in Daily and Weekly Cash Reporting
  • Participate in external audits

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field
  • 1+ years of relevant work experience
  • Excel experience
  • Strong time management skills and adaptability
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Experience in SAP a plus

Annual salary range starting $65,000
