  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Job Description
Looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with experience in migrating reporting and analytics from Power BI to BMC. The ideal
candidate will possess a deep understanding of Power BI and BMC tools, with a strong ability to lead and execute the migration process. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth transition, maintaining data integrity, and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Migration Planning and Execution:
Develop a comprehensive migration plan for transitioning reports and dashboards from Power BI to BMC.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure alignment with the new BMC platform.
Conduct data mapping, transformation, and validation activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of migrated data.
Development and Customization:
Design and develop BMC reports, dashboards, and analytics based on business requirements.
Customize and optimize BMC functionalities to match the existing Power BI reports' features and performance.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues encountered during the migration process.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with IT, business analysts, and other stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates on migration progress.
Provide training and support to end-users on the new BMC reporting tools and processes.
Document migration processes, procedures, and best practices for future reference.
Quality Assurance:
Perform thorough testing of migrated reports and dashboards to ensure they meet quality standards and business needs.
Monitor and optimize the performance of BMC reports and dashboards to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing.
Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in both Power BI and BMC platforms.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend enhancements to the reporting and analytics workflow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Power BI Developer, with a strong portfolio of successful Power BI implementations.(must-have)
Proven experience with BMC tools (e.g., BMC Helix, BMC Remedy) is highly desirable.
Hands-on experience in data migration, ETL processes, and data integration.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and Power BI Service (must have).
Strong knowledge of BMC reporting tools and their functionalities.(preferable)
Experience with SQL and database management.(must have)
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and practices..(must have)
Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R.(must have)
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in Power BI and/or BMC tools.
Experience with other BI tools or platforms.
