Position Title: Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) Analytics Engineer (HSYJP00001896)
Contract:6+ months
Location: 100% Remote
Rate: $/hr on C2C
Net 60/45, Monthly invoicing

Job Description
This role is focused on the SRGM portion of the business but may include collaboration with other US commercial functions such as Sales, Retail, Category Management, Consumer Insights, Planning, Marketing and Digital. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Trade strategies, and they ll work closely with leaders and product owners to develop an integrated data landscape that connects each function.
Main Duties:
- Review existing capability (combination of Snowflake SQL, Alteryx, and Tableau)
- Discuss current and future state with business to determine requirements
- Build remediation / enhancement plan
- Partner with Hershey Business & IS to execute plan
- Conduct testing with stakeholders
- Document updated capability
Typical Day:
Top Three Technical Skills:
- Data analytics & visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, & Snowflake mandatory, PowerBI optional)
- Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data & capabilities, preferably within CPG
- Experience operating independently on a cross-functional project across IS + Business partners across various business units
Must Haves (i.e., years of experience?) 5-8 years of experience
Software Skills and Purpose (if applicable):
Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, & Snowflake mandatory, PowerBI optional
