About Us:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Manager of Software Engineering to lead our Data and Integration Engineering team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and directly impact key systems in a fast-paced and innovative environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity, usability, and quality of the software within your portfolio while leading teams of developers and administrators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and technical direction to the Data and Integration Engineering team managing critical systems such as Salesforce and SQL Datawarehouse.
  • Hands-on design, coding, testing, and production support for custom Salesforce applications.
  • Drive technical excellence and best practices across agile development processes and modern DevOps environments.
  • Partner with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and IT strategies.
  • Mentor and coach software engineers on technical skills, development best practices, and leadership.
  • Ensure continuous improvement in all areas, from application quality to performance metrics.
  • Lead special IT projects, driving successful outcomes while staying on the cutting edge of cloud technologies.
  • Maintain technical currency, identifying areas for innovation and efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in staff management, with a track record of leading successful software engineering teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Apex, Salesforce Lightning, and building custom applications on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proficient in system configuration (workflows, approval processes, custom objects, validation rules, formulas, flows).
  • Strong knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
  • Agile and Scrum methodology expertise.
  • Proven ability to lead Salesforce developers and administrators, with hands-on knowledge of system integration and data management.
  • Demonstrated experience in writing clean, effective code and following best practices in Salesforce development.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with AWS Cloud tools such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS/Dynamo DB.
  • Salesforce certifications, including:
    • Salesforce Certified Administrator
    • Platform Developer I or II
    • Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
    • Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant

Additional Desired Certifications:

  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator
  • User Experience Designer
