A dynamic and innovative organization is seeking an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to lead strategic marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence. This role will report directly to the CEO, collaborating with various teams including Operations, Sales, and the Executive Team.


Location: Sacramento / 100% Onsite


Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000


Type: Direct Hire (no contract period)


Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing, communications, and public relations strategies.

  • Support sales teams with targeted marketing collateral and CRM management.

  • Oversee content creation, design, and distribution for marketing materials, including media communications and publications.

  • Manage social media platforms, with a strong focus on increasing engagement and brand exposure.

  • Plan and coordinate customer and corporate internal events.

  • Conduct marketing analytics to drive data-informed decisions and strategies.

  • Maintain consistent brand messaging across all platforms.



Qualifications:



  • 5-7 years of experience in marketing,

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

  • Experience with CRM systems, social media management, and marketing analytics.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
