Description

We are seeking an Integration Analyst to join our team located in Lindenwold, New Jersey. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend their business processes, analyzing business requirements, and designing and developing integration workflows. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting existing integrations and liaising between the IT department and other business departments.

Responsibilities include:

Collaborating with stakeholders to understand their business processes and documenting decisions made at each design meeting.
Analyzing business requirements and communicating any identified project and design risks.
Designing and developing integration workflows, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and security.
Documenting and maintaining integration workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, and writing specifications and system configurations for integrations with third-party systems.
Monitoring and troubleshooting existing integrations, identifying and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Acting as a liaison between the IT department and other business departments to provide technical guidance and support on integration best practices.
Staying up to date with the latest integration platform features, capabilities, and industry trends to continuously improve our integration solutions.
Managing tasks according to prescribed project priorities and providing progress reports on projects.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and assisting customers as needed.
Maintaining strong written and verbal communication skills.
Managing time and priorities when working on multiple projects with multiple deadlines.

Requirements

Proficiency in Atlassian Jira
Familiarity with Citrix Technologies
Proficient in Cloud Technologies
Understanding of Database management
Experience with EO/IR systems
Knowledge of AB Testing techniques
Experience with Active Directory
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology
Understanding of Backup Technologies
Ability to create Business Requirement Document
