You will have the opportunity to work directly with the Operations Manager and by assisting all HR, Payroll, compliance and Accounting requirements for the organization. This is a critical role in our organization with a direct impact on our operations. We are a fun, engaged team and are looking for someone to add to our culture who wants to be part of something special.

We work with our farmers to create potent and pure concentrates for both the medical and the adult user market. - Assist with Training and Coaching Staff on Compliance
- Logging Required Data
- Visitor Logs
- Additional Requirements
- Oversee Facility Maintenance Vendors
- Assist with Team Meetings
- Bachelor’s or Associates degree in Business, Accounting or Human Resources or related experience preferred.
- Strong skillset with Google Sheets or Excel, required, Quickbooks experience preferred
- Netrc experience preferred
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask required
- Ability to work at on-site at our Frederick location required
- Strong employee relations skill and mindset
- 21+ years of age per Maryland law
