We are currently seeking an experienced North America Benefits Contractor to join our growing global team. Operating in a fast-paced and exciting environment across 4 continents, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's health and wellness programs. Please note that the salary information shown below is a general guideline only and based on employees in Canada and may be different in other countries. Salaries are based upon candidate experience, qualifications, and location, as well as market and business considerations. Our pay range for Canada based candidates for this position is $63,000 -- $73,000 CAD annually. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses and commissions.

We are currently seeking an experienced North America Benefits Contractor to join our growing global team. Operating in a fast-paced and exciting environment across 4 continents, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's health and wellness programs. WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Assist with US and Canadian Benefits administration including medical, dental, vision, COBRA, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, wellness, RRSP, 403(b) and 401(k) retirement plans, and other fringe benefits programs
- Co-lead our annual Open Enrollment and the administration of the overall health and wellness benefits and 401K Plan, and other compensation and benefits-related plans in the US
- Partner with global benefits peers and interact with our global employees regarding eligibility, family status changes, online benefit enrollment, coordination of global leaves, and maintenance of benefits information
- Build and provide education to the employee population on relevant benefit and perks topics
- 5-10 years of experience in benefits management and administration
- Minimum 3 years' experience with Workday benefits, absence, and HCM
- US Benefits compliance and audit experience with medical, dental, vision plans, COBRA, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, as well as 403(b) and 401(k) retirement plans
- Global benefits experience in geographies such as US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Spain, LATAM, Australia including perks and retirement plans like RRSP, Pension plans, and Superannuation (nice to have)
- Ability to operate as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences
- Exceptional discretion, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and confidentiality
- CEBS or CBP certification
