Job Description:

• Responsible for accurate and timely payroll processing of all employees in the EMEA region.
• Partners with our ADP payroll vendor to ensure compliance with payroll tax regulations including withholding, reporting, and remittance.
• Works with resources to provide system support, data analysis, customer issue resolution, and troubleshooting for Payroll at all levels.
• Acts as point of escalation for internal and external customers ensuring effective handling and resolution of issues.
• Collaborates with all applicable internal stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to payroll.
• Ensures accurate and regular payroll audits.
• Promotes a culture of empowerment, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Manages relationships with payroll vendors, ensuring they adhere to company SLAs.
• Upholds the company s code of ethics and business conduct.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years experience in payroll
• Strong knowledge of payroll and the laws and regulations within the countries of the EMEA region.
• Impeccable leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to collaborate with a diverse team across many cultural backgrounds.
