As a communications team member, you will play a vital role in cultivating meaningful connections with users and representing our brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Accepting user appointment requests
- Provide outstanding customer service by listening for understanding and ensuring users feel seen/heard
- Maintain user records to stay current with conversation topics specific to each user chat
- Stay up to date with current events, pop culture, sports, and other popular conversation topics
- Lead user chats to create a comfortable space for candid conversation and trust-building
- Actively drive company vision by upholding brand values during chats with users
- Easily adapt to internal process changes and stay up to date on product developments
- Willing to work flexible schedules as requested by users (possibly some weekends/evenings)
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary $40-45/hr
- Profit sharing (1% paid every 6 months)
Qualifications
- 0-2 years of professional experience in fields such as sales, customer service or marketing
Skills/Abilities
- Exceptional problem-solving and consultative skills
- Strong desire to help others
- Excellent presentation, organization, multitasking, and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Great listener with high emotional intelligence
Equipment Needed
- Employees responsible for providing their own computers for user chats (company loans available as needed)
- Internet access required
Successful candidates must have a declared United States residence and be legally able to work in the United States
