Position Overview: We are looking for a seasoned SAP Project Manager with 5-10 years of experience to manage the implementation and migration of the SAP HR Absence and Leave Management Module (HCM). This role requires a strong understanding of SAP HR modules, particularly Absence and Leave Management, and proven experience in managing complex projects. As the project manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation and migration of the SAP HR Absence and Leave Management Module.

  • Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and reports to stakeholders on project status, progress, and any deviations from the plan.

  • Ensure thorough testing of the system to validate functionality, integration, and performance before go-live.
  • Manage change requests and ensure that any modifications are appropriately assessed and implemented.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to ensure a smooth transition and adoption of the new system.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in SAP project management, with a strong focus on the SAP HR Absence and Leave Management Module.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing full-cycle SAP HCM implementations and migrations.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively coordinating with various teams.
