Technical Program Manager-Data Engineering/Delivery Manager

Location- Beverly Hills, CA (Hybrid 4 Days Onsite)

Description:

My primary criteria will be communication and ability to get up to speed quickly with numerous stakeholders on data requirements & priorities.

Data Engineering PM work around AWS/Redshift/DBT. Ecomm/Retail experience is a huge plus


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for understanding the customer through user testing and web analytics
  • General process and communications with product management and other stakeholders organization
  • Engaging with business, road map discussion and tradeoffs prioritization
  • Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different stakeholder groups
  • Minimum of 4 year solid Data Project Management experience.
  • Lead all project/program delivery in the warehouse management and logistic space. preferable on AWS.
  • Organize the work and teams for efficient delivery.
  • Attract, select and retain critical talent for the team.
  • Coach team members in coding and development/implementation skills.
  • Provide clear, specific goals to the team and communicate performance feedback regularly through regular 1-1 meetings and performance reviews.
  • Participate as a member of the engineering leadership in setting and executing strategy for the team.
  • Facilitate communities of practice in critical technologies.
  • Understanding business user needs, collaborate with tech teams, stakeholder management
  • Good written and oral communication skills.
