Bilingual Project Manager for Innovation, Intellectual Capital, Solutions and Sales for Health and Benefits Canada

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and successfully completing projects.

This role demands strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects with multiple stakeholders concurrently, prioritize, develop project plans and track/follow-up.

Candidate should be bilingual, resourceful, flexible, efficient, with the strong technical skills.

Any experience in employee benefits (insurer, specialty provider, etc.) and knowledge of Power BI would be an asset

Support the IC/Innovation and Sales Leaders:

o Project manage and execute key deliverables and timelines, holding group accountable by regularly following up for information

o Provide support to Leaders with annual objectives and track progress

o Coordinate with various SMEs

o Developed template deliverables, emails, outreach, etc.

o Help deploy and roll-out the timely delivery of sales reports

o Document feedback from all stakeholders and update processes for improvements

o Arrange support for videos and other media to promote surveys and other solutions

o Coordinate meetings as required

o Coordinate and review French translations

Survey coordination:

o Project manage end-to-end surveys

o Data validation, manipulation and correction as needed. Look for opportunities to streamline data collection and improve survey process

o Establish roles and responsibilities with the various internal support teams, track progress and accountability

o Review/testing of survey report and scorecard tool (Fr& En)

o Coordination with other internal teams/colleagues, create SharePoint sites, prepare delivery trackers, emails template, create deliverable and deliver to participant by emails

o Planning of survey results roll-out in Canada: internal training session, internal communication, sales & Marketing Canada intranet page

o Manage the commercialization and marketing campaign to organize and share results to participants, infographic, wtwco.com page, web request for report, LinkedIn post, delivery email template and tracking

o Central delivery of prospect and client scorecards

o Coordinate and review French translations

Manage commercialization efforts:

o Work with internal colleagues in both the U.S. and Canada to project manage and deploy new solutions and/or products

o Survey on needs for Canada

Support the H&B Canada Marketing strategy:

o Project manage the IC in coordination with Sales, IC, and Operations Leaders (i.e., surveys, publications, LinkedIn)

o Create and execute on marketing calendar in partnership with marketing team

o Increase market visibility by project managing local sessions for clients/prospects

o Manage Lead generation of IC from external websites

Manage Dynamics CRM:

o Familiar with CRM Dynamics with a dedicated focus on increasing engagement across the practice to ensure all client and prospect data is entered and quality of data is current and accurate

o Coordinate directly on a regular basis with Market Leaders for required updates, ensuring timely responsiveness and accountability

o Work with Dynamics super-users and NA Sales operations teams within our business to ensure we have a comprehensive set of reporting available for our purposes

o Obtain missing information from colleagues

o Other reporting as determined by transformation activities (i.e., adding client information to Dynamics etc.)

o Provide training and best practices, answer colleague questions

o Help create marketing lists

Provide guidance and coordinate deliverables with Research IC team (RIC):

o Charts, advisories, technical update, compliance updates

o Guiding RIC resources on specific H&B issues and topics

o Coordinate meetings as required

o Coordinate and review French translations

Intranet Content Manager for H&B Canada site:

o Add content as requested and proactively recognize when materials need to be added/updated based on new launches and/or changes

o Ongoing improvements in structure

o Training/resource for the practice

Support with prospects and new business opportunities:

o Leverage content to develop presentations and proposals

o Support Sales leader, as needed
