WDC Kitchen & Bath Center is looking for an experienced Marketing & Brand Coordinator our team!

As an Brand Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales. This role is supported by our Vendor Business Managers and

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of brand strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns both in traditional print marketing and digital mediums.
  • Manage and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing channels
  • Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Assist in the development of new product launches, signage, and packaging design
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies

Experience/Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Strong knowledge in graphic design required
  • 3-5 years of experience in Brand Management or related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with marketing software and tools
  • Passion for branding and marketing required
  • Proficient in MS Office required
  • Good organizational skills required
  • Ability to communicate clearly verbally and in writing, and demonstrate active listening skills

Compensation

  • Annual average earnings start at $65,000 – $75,000

Schedule

  • 5 days a week – This is a full time, in-person position
  • Monday - Friday - Typically, 9:30am – 6:00pm
  • Evenings as needed for special events
