  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description

We are working with an Ohio client to identify a remote Sr. Business Analyst, Health Care IT. The ideal candidate will align with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements and workflows.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of business cases, process models, and impact assessments for health care IT projects.
  • Partner with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and patient care outcomes.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive consensus.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in Health Care IT.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, EHRs, clinical workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a plus.
