Job Profile: Creative Account Manager

Location: ENGLEWOOD (CORP) (MERIDIAN A)

Contract- Direct Client

Job Description:

· You’ve spent the last 2-5 years at a creative agency, managing projects or accounts. People speak highly of your ability to manage the details and communicate in a way that helps solve problems and make things happen.

· Communication: You facilitate conversations make people talk to each other, and eliminate ambiguity. You are curious and seek to understand the why behind decisions and guidance from the team and clients.

· Schedules and Timelines: You know how to build a timeline, keep things on track, and manage expectations.

· Review and Approval: You help manage and track each project's planning, design, approval and production processes.

· Clients and Account Managers: You can work with cross-functional teams.

· Logistics: You make sure things run on time and coordinate things to make the team’s life easier and more organized. Setting up kickoffs, running point on the tools our team uses and handling all legal agreements and contracts.

· Resources: You figure out what we need and how to get it in place.

· Assets: In charge of asset management of your project(s).

Education and Experience:

· Undergraduate degree and 2-5 years experience

· Experience managing projects from start to finish

· Written and verbal communication is imperative

· Experience working in an agency is a plus

· Experience working in the telecommunications industry is a plus

· Experience using Hive is a plus
