My client's team is committed to delivering top-tier implementations and exceptional client service. We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant to join their remote team and help us continue our tradition of excellence.


Job Description: As a Microsoft Dynamics Business Central Consultant, you will be the cornerstone of client engagements. This role demands a hands-on approach, including client-facing interactions and the ability to architect comprehensive solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring successful implementations and fostering strong relationships with our clients.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead and manage Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations from start to finish.

  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into effective solutions.

  • Architect and design solutions that align with client requirements and industry best practices.

  • Provide hands-on support and training to clients throughout the implementation process.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

  • Maintain high levels of utilization, with a target of 25-30 hours per week.


Qualifications:



  • Minimum of 6 successful Microsoft Dynamics Business Central implementations.

  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.

  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

  • Proven ability to architect and design Microsoft Dynamics Business Central solutions.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fully remote environment.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • No visa sponsorship is available for this position.


Compensation:



  • Competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $130,000 annually.

  • Performance-based bonus structure, with potential earnings between $2,500 and $25,000 based on billability.
