What You’ll Do

Internship Structure

  • Team Collaboration: Join a team of 4-5 interns, with the most experienced intern acting as the team lead. Work on a different key challenge each month, ranging from operational flow improvements to business development strategies.
  • Monthly Focus: Each month, focus on one project area, such as patient flow optimization, marketing and community outreach, or increasing capacity without overburdening staff. Projects may change based on business needs.
  • Leadership Development: Gain hands-on experience, sharpen your problem-solving skills, and present your work to senior leaders, gaining valuable real-world exposure in healthcare operations and management.
