The Business Intelligence Analyst partners with Operations teams to drive insights and analysis, standardize reporting, and optimize processes. The Business Intelligence Analyst defines metrics, builds BI reports, analyzes data, and suggests solutions to business problems. This role serves and works cross-functionally with virtually every team in the organization, but typically focuses on their specialization.

About The Role

  • Researches, shadows, and interviews Operation teams to understand business needs and processes
  • Works with business system owners to understand the flow of data in systems
  • Defines metrics and dimensions to describe underlying data
  • Builds necessary data models to support BI reporting
  • Collects and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data from various sources (examples: Power BI, Salesforce)
  • Creates data visuals and builds high-quality BI reporting to deliver insight
  • Solves problems while aligning with Operational teams to solve/implement processes that enable teams to achieve their goals
  • Suggests solutions to processes to drive more efficiency and scalability
  • Review data to ensure high integrity

  • BI tool proficiency, especially Power BI is a plus
  • Marketing Automation Platforms (like Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Marketing Cloud, MailChimp, etc)
  • CRMs (like Salesforce Sales Cloud, ZoHo, Microsoft Dynamics, etc)
  • ERPs (like NetSuite, Dynamics AX, Financial Force, etc)
  • Service Management Platforms (like Salesforce Service Cloud, ServiceNow, Zendesk, etc)
  • HRMSs (like Workday, UKG, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP, etc)
  • Statistics and machine learning

The base pay offered will depend upon qualifications and other operational considerations. Base pay is one part of Bluebeam’s Total Rewards program, which seeks to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for commission under the terms of an applicable commission plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a bonus under the terms of an applicable bonus plan. Additionally, Bluebeam provides best-in-class benefits, with 100% employee-covered health and welfare benefits and paid time off. Bluebeam is a growing company with many opportunities. The base pay range for this position is: $ 63,100 – $78,700
