About This Role:Role Overview:Prepares reports and other program documentation, prepares graphics presentations, plans and coordinates meetings/conferences, performs data entry, filing, and reproduction. Applies familiarity with specialized and technical terminology to proofread and edit documents.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and format program reports, documents, and other necessary materials
  • Assist in the creation of visual presentations, including graphs and charts, for meetings and program updates
  • Plan, coordinate, and organize meetings, conferences, and workshops, ensuring timely communication and preparation
  • Manage document filing, data entry, and administrative functions such as reproduction and dissemination of materials
  • Edit and proofread documents, applying knowledge of specialized and technical medical terminology, ensuring accuracy and professionalism
  • Support communication efforts, coordinating between departments, teams, and leadership
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, ensuring all necessary tasks are completed promptly

The “Need-to-Have” Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong proficiency in administrative tasks, including document preparation, meeting coordination, and file management
  • Ability to proofread and edit technical documents with familiarity in medical and healthcare-specific terminology
  • Expertise in creating visual and graphical presentations
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects, manage priorities, and maintain schedules
  • Experience with office software applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with data management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with leadership, staff, and external stakeholders
  • Prior experience in healthcare administration or supporting medical program offices is a plus
