Job Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Amenities Health. The BDR will support the company's sales and marketing efforts by generating leads, qualifying potential customers, and building relationships with potential clients. The BDR will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies, and play a crucial role in driving revenue growth for the organization. We are seeking a talented sales development representative to join our dynamic team. As a BDR at Amenities, you will be working closely with our VP of sales, and our CRM (hubspot). Job duties will not be limited to the following, but will include:

  • Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
  • Contact and qualify potential customers
  • Set appointments and follow up on leads
  • Track progress towards meeting sales goals
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales targets
  • Use customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, competition, and industry developments
  • Attend networking events and trade shows to build relationships and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities and results to management.

Compensation: $40,000-60,000/yr base salary, with the addition of equity & commission

Location: Fully Remote, but must be based in the United States

Qualifications

MUST have prior (recent) experience as BDR with outbound calling experience.

  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
  • 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing
  • Ability to identify and qualify potential clients
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • 2+ years BDR experience with SaaS healthcare IT understanding - calling on C-Suite personas is a plus but not required
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques and strategies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • A resourceful self-starter with a startup mindset
  • You’re motivated to build and test an industry-leading sales process from the ground up alongside a small, talented, high-trust team
  • You thrive in an environment of autonomy and ownership
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software (hubspot experience preferred but not required)
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients
  • Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • A desire to learn and grow in the sales field
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
