Job Description: Oracle Expense Administrator
Knowledge with Oracle Expense to assist with employee s day to day questions and train employees as needed.
Assuring employees are abiding by corporate policy and adjusting Oracle expense to support the policy.
Review expense reports for accuracy and reach out to employees to fix the issues.
Assist with Oracle Expense workbook and ERP Expense project globally.
Well organized and reliable
Knowledge of international expense regulations, customs and currencies a plus
Process invoicing and other administrator responsibilities. 1st round with HM)via Teams
2nd round with AP via Teams
Prefer to have this person onsite 1x week on Wednesdays
MUST have Oracle expense for 1 year
Germany and Canada are currently rolled out with a Soft launch ~200 employees.
