  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

With a focus on delivering exceptional consumer experiences, our product portfolio spans multiple delivery dosage forms and includes a disruptive platform for creating and delivering personalized, tailor-made supplements.

Position Overview:

My client requires the services of an experienced IT Product Manager who can be the main point of contact for a web-based development platform. This platform will be required to work seamlessly with the company’s main system as well as third party partners including Logistics and Practitioners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Framework Development: Assist in building a web-based portal, ensuring seamless functionality and user experience.

• Understand system output needs, including:

  • Confidential tracking of all scripts generated.
  • Monitoring repeat versus single purchases.
  • Tracking granule outputs for accurate forecasting.

• Understand partner needs for:

  • Generating e-scripts or equivalent documents.
  • Recording confidential discussions between practitioners and patients.
  • Printing required labels for products from input details.
  • Viewing all pending orders before payment.
  • Viewing all paid orders with payment dates.
  • Ideally linking the system to logistics for delivery tracking.

• Server Maintenance: Perform regular server maintenance and ensure server security.

• Product Deployment: Deploy developed online products to the server, ensuring successful implementation.

• Testing & Feedback: Test the developed online products and provide detailed feedback to the development team on any issues.

Qualifications:

• Able to speak and write fluent English and Mandarin.

• Bachelor’s degree in web development or a related field.

• Solid knowledge and experience in programming applications.

• Proficient in JavaScript, and other web technologies (HTML, CSS).

• Proficient in MySQL or a relevant database management platform.

• Knowledge of programming languages and technical terminology.

• A proven track record of developing and implementing systems that are in place today.

• Ability to interact with a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Work with other members of the development team to integrate platforms and deliver customer solutions, including the ability to ask questions and build on requests from partners.
