Position: Project Manager Or Program Manager

Duration: 3+ months contract to hire.

Location: Santa Barbara, California

Job Description:

Must have Manager level experience whether as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or similar with direct reports

5+ years of experience as a Project Manager

Must have experience in the healthcare Industry Communication to the team and coordinate Change Management based on customer process Experience with VDI is a plus Documentation of Current Printer Workflows:

Conduct thorough assessments of existing printer workflows within the healthcare facility.

Collaborate with clinical staff, IT teams, and other stakeholders to map out current printer processes and usage.

Create detailed documentation outlining the existing workflows, including printer locations, configurations, and usage patterns.

VDI Deployment Support: ( Phase 3 )

Assist in the deployment of VDI, focusing on the integration and optimization of printer workflows.

Training and Education:

Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for clinicians, physicians, doctors and support staff on the new printer workflows post-VDI deployment.

Create user-friendly guides, training materials, and quick-reference sheets to facilitate smooth transitions.

Conduct hands-on training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure all staff members are comfortable with the new workflows.

Stakeholder Communication:

Serve as the primary point of contact for all printer workflow-related issues during the VDI deployment.

Regularly update stakeholders on progress, challenges, and any changes to the implementation plan.

Work closely with the IT and clinical teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the transition.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the new printer workflows post-deployment.

Gather feedback from end-users to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards throughout the deployment process.
