  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  7. Refresh the page.

Our client has an immediate need for a Program Manager II

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 12+ years of experience
  • Experience with Java
  • Experience with SQL
  • Experience with DevOps
  • Experience with System Support
  • Experience with SDLC and Architecture
  • Leadership experience
  • Experience with Agile (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Payment experience is a plus
  • Agile Certification is a plus
  • Java Certification is a plus
  • Scrum Master Certification
  • PMP Certification is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the scope of projects from inception to closure
  • Help define, develop, and manage implementation schedules and project budgets
  • Coordinate resources, prepare project teams for kickoff and ensure effective completion of project milestones, control project scope, and mitigate risks
  • Ensure project consultants are delivering to configuration, development, and methodology standards
  • Ensure delivery and release processes are efficient and cost-effective
  • Provide leadership, direction, and problem management for/to the delivery teams
  • Provide technical support and participate in the change control process
  • Become the single point of contact for delivery and act as an advocate between the Service Delivery and the Customer
  • Help drive and coordinate crisis management
