We have an exciting opportunity for a Remote Sr. C# Developer with our industry-leading client.

We can facilitate w2 and corp-to-corp consultants. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65 - $75/ hr. w2

Responsibilities:
Participate in business requirement gathering meetings with business users to understand all aspects of the business (functionality, processes, technologies); determine feasibility of requests; identify best approach to provide technology solutions to meet business needs; provide detailed estimations (time, cost, resources); and then translate into technical specifications.

Complete full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from design, flowcharting, development, testing and implementation. This includes strong integration with other systems. Must be able to provide recommendations for enterprise architecture.

Provide support and troubleshooting for all related systems and technologies. This includes being a point of contact for business users. Requires strong problem solving and communication skills to interpret issues and provide resolution. Must be able to coordinate with vendor for escalation of support related issues.

Experience Requirements:
Years of Experience: 7 - 10 of development experience

7+ years of SQL Server 2005-2012 or Oracle DB

4+ years integration experience

Proficiency with various languages, databases, operating systems, scripting languages, and utilities

Technical expertise in required languages, operating systems, databases, development tools, networking, and/or software packages.

Participates in full lifecycle projects to understand business requirements and then complete the design, development, testing, implementation and post production support.

Possess an excellent knowledge of software development (i.e., program design, flowcharting, coding, testing, debugging, etc.).

Must be very proficient at SQL

Must have solid experience in at least two of the following: VBScript, Powershell, Visual C++, Java, C#

Must have good experience in at least one of the following: SharePoint [WSS, 2010] Development, or SSIS development

Must have some experience in SharePoint Administration

Must have 4 years' experience with Major ETL tool, such as Informatica, DataStage or ODI (preferred)

Must have some experience working on SOA development - Web Service Development, BPEL and governance

Must have 2 years of experience working with Application Server Administration such as WebLogic, JBOSS, Websphere, or IIS (preferred)

Ability to write job scheduling requests, test and configure batch SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) jobs in Control-M and provide second level support for SSIS jobs

Must have experience with Windows (2003-2012) Administration and IIS (6-7.5) Administration

Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience using some of the following technologies: XML, DTDs, XSLT

Must have great troubleshooting skills

Must have excellent Analysis and Design skills

Must have experience with NCR Advanced Store and AMS server setup and administration

Must have experience with Rabbit MQ setup and administration

Experience with SCCM package creation, deployment and monitoring a plus

Experience with peripheral hardware firmware and driver updates a plus

Experience with payment terminal application updates a plus

Education Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or an equivalent combination of course work and job experience
