The ServiceNow Practice Director will be responsible for the overall management and growth of the ServiceNow practice.   • Strategic Leadership:



    • Develop and implement a strategic vision for the ServiceNow practice aligned with the company's goals.

    • Identify market trends, client needs, and opportunities for growth within the ServiceNow ecosystem.




  • Practice Management:



    • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

    • Manage resource allocation, project prioritization, and team performance.




  • Client Engagement:



    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on ServiceNow best practices and solutions.




  • Team Development:



    • Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of ServiceNow professionals.

    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the practice.




  • Collaboration:



    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated service delivery and alignment with broader business objectives.

    • Collaborate with sales and marketing to promote ServiceNow services and enhance client outreach.




  • Financial Management:



    • Develop and manage the practice budget, ensuring financial targets are met.

    • Monitor project profitability and implement measures to optimize financial performance.




<>Qualifications</>

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.

  • 10+ years of experience in IT service management, with at least 5 years focused on ServiceNow.

  • Proven track record in a leadership role within a consulting or managed services environment.

  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, etc.) and implementation methodologies.

  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.


Certifications:



  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist or equivalent certifications preferred.
